Do you accept new patients?
We are currently very busy with our existing patients and generally do not accept new patients. Individual appointments for new patients may sometimes be booked online or requested by phone, but these are usually filled very quickly. Only in emergency or acute cases do we offer appointments for new patients in our acute consultation hours via telephone.
Can you have a skin cancer screening with us?
Yes, for all patients aged 35 and over, this service is covered by statutory health insurance every two years.
If you wish, you can have a skin cancer screening before the age of 35 or more frequently than every two years as an individual health service (IGeL). In this case, you will receive an invoice on-site as a self-paying patient, currently amounting to €50.59.
If suspicious moles are found, additional diagnostics are available upon request as a possible alternative to skin surgery. These include AI-based (artificial intelligence) analysis or EIS (electrical impedance spectroscopy), as well as digital storage of dermatoscopic findings. These are offered as paid additional services (for patients with statutory insurance). These costs are often covered by private health insurance.
Do you perform allergy tests?
We do not carry out tests for food intolerances. In this regard, I would recommend consulting an allergist. However, I do offer a standard prick test for airborne allergens such as pollen, house dust mites, and, if applicable, dog or cat hair. Patch testing (epicutaneous testing) with standard series is only performed occasionally.
How can you get an appointment at short notice?
If you have booked an appointment online via Doctolib, you will be automatically notified of any last-minute openings and can move your appointment forward accordingly. However, these appointments are only offered to existing patients who already have a booking and have activated the digital waiting list function.
Do you have a waiting list for available appointments?
Doctolib manages a waiting list exclusively online. This means that you will only be informed about any earlier available appointments if you have booked an appointment online via Doctolib.
Is there an acute consultation hour?
As an existing patient, you can book an acute appointment online via Doctolib 24 hours in advance or request one by phone at the practice.
Appointments take place every morning starting at 8:00 a.m.
Please understand that acute appointments are intended only for truly urgent complaints—conditions such as nail fungus or plantar warts, for example, are not considered urgent.
New patients can be treated once in the acute consultation hour in case of an emergency.
How can I obtain a repeat e-prescription?
You can request an e-prescription for medications that have already been prescribed via our website under “Contact.” If your health insurance card has already been scanned in the current quarter, we may be able to activate the prescription directly.
Otherwise, you will need to have your insurance card scanned at our practice, after which the e-prescription can be activated or printed on-site.
